what does your friends think of you liking jrock?

i force some of my friends to listen to some jrock stuff, but in the end they'll just nod say "oh yeps...do you know what they're saying?" (so i don't do that anymore) and take the headphones off. BUT i've totally sucked a few of my friends into it, they like how it is different. They love the song Heroin by vidoll, but they've nicknamed it to the "orgasm song" :p they also like bell the cat by lm.c and asked for the cd XD I'm happy, when i can share my visual kei love.

No one cares. :D Except for my 2 jrock buddies and my brother. (He likes Miyavi, LM.C, and Kozi, of all people...) My mom and sister tolerate my music, and actually like a song or two, but they don't care for my english music either so I can't win. XD
A bunch of friends/aquaintances make fun of it. So I generally keep it away from people. :D

But I name pets after jrockers, so they have to notice xD

I too, keep it away from people. I don't bring my music taste up in conversations or usually talk about it.
Like, if they're interested about it, they can ask, but I don't remind them about it :D

I don't think my music bothers them..... as far they haven't mentioned anything 8D

haha... my friends... are all "weird music, i don't like it" lets just say they're very closed minded when it comes to something unique and new. but I've managed to get a few friends into jrock. But I do hate it when they refer to meh precious jrockers as females. then I go F*** u! they no girls.!

A couple of my close friends are VK fans, so those ones think I'm totally normal. My best friend though took a little work. Eventually, I taught her that jrockers really are manly men, and made her listen to a few songs, and now she likes a couple of bands. (She loves SuG and likes the GazettE. : D) All of my friends/acquaintances/enemies know how much I love asian stuff though.

People in my classes like to argue for like half an hour about whether or not Ruki is actually Lucy Liu on acid. =____= HOW DOES HE LOOK LIKE LUCY LIU?!

My girl best friend(yes I have a guy best friend and a girl best friend) kinda likes it so that's all cool. I send some stuff to her quite a bit

My other friend that I hang out with a lot really does not like it because she thinks all the guys are scary looking and she mainly listen's to pop(Don't fret my best friend and I are trying to convert her to good music)

My guy best friend is pretty open to it and loves the band LM. C so thats all good ^^

I have a "member message" with Vidoll saved on my computer, and that song is playing in the background, and they start talking about how Tero loves this recording and then they listen for a second and Tero's like, "... ...sex sounds." In English, haha. XD
And yeah, I stopped trying to make people listen, after a while. But I was lucky to meet a big group of Dir en grey fans through my most recent Japanese class. But I only have a few vk-fan friends, unfortunately. :/
