what does your friends think of you liking jrock?

i force some of my friends to listen to some jrock stuff, but in the end they'll just nod say "oh yeps...do you know what they're saying?" (so i don't do that anymore) and take the headphones off. BUT i've totally sucked a few of my friends into it, they like how it is different. They love the song Heroin by vidoll, but they've nicknamed it to the "orgasm song" :p they also like bell the cat by lm.c and asked for the cd XD I'm happy, when i can share my visual kei love.

Hmm. A lot of people actually don't know I listen to Jrock at all, unless I run into somebody while I'm wearing my Dir en grey or girugamesh shirt or something and they ask me what it means or what band that is. I try to introduce people to Jrock if they seem interested in it; I've turned several of my friends and a good amount of my immediate family into X Japan fans XD Of course if somebody insults something you love it's going to hurt, so I try not to bring it up around people that are just going to throw it back at me. It's so much easier to talk to people who know what you're going on about, otherwise I have to keep explaining myself over and over... XD
